First-time visit checklist

Create your account before you come to save time checking in.

Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class (parking + getting oriented).

We provide lockers, but bring your own lock if you’d like to use one.

Water bottle + hand towel (especially for sweaty classes).

Yoga mat, if you have one (we also have mats available).

We’re a barefoot facility: remove outdoor shoes at the bottom of the stairs and place them neatly in a cubby (some people bring flip-flops for after hot classes)

Studio Ettiquette
  • Be present: Keep phones tucked away and save conversations for after class so everyone can focus and enjoy the session.
  • Be kind: Treat fellow students and staff with respect — lift each other up.
  • Be clean: Practice good personal hygiene and help keep shared spaces tidy.
  • Be on time: Classes start promptly; late arrivals may not be permitted. Arrive early enough to store your belongings and get set up.
  • Phone use during exercise is prohibited. Phones aren’t allowed in studio rooms unless they’re off and stored neatly near your mat. If you need your phone for accessibility or medical reasons, please tell your instructor.
